Miyajima - 宮島
We had a brief stop at Miyajima, too. There are a lot of deers running around, like in Nara. We saw the floating torii of Itsukushima-jinja. This shrine was destroyed the following day by a typhoon. The torii together with the shrine is one of the great views of Japan. The next time, I want to visit Sendai.
